Building of the church:

The congregation is located in a 113-year-old renovated Lutheran church, formerly known as Mount Calvary Apostolic Church, in Denver’s Washington Park area. In July 2015, a business co-owned by church co-founder Steve Berke and his parents bought the church property with the goal of converting it into apartments. Berke’s coworkers and associates, who went on to become co-founding members of the church, persuaded him, and ultimately the group, to start a new church rather than turn the building into condos.
